If you are interested in adopting one of our cats, you can fill out this form to apply for adoption. Please read the information below before submitting an application. We take the health, safety and comfort of our adopted cats very seriously. There are no judgments and we are willing to work with the adopter, we just want to make sure the cat is going to a good environment and will be loved and cared for.

You must agree to the following in order to adopt a cat from us:

  • Cat must be adopted as as a companion animal to live on a private residence (a farm/barn is also ok).
  • Cat must be provided with sufficient quantities of food and water each day.
  • Cat must be provided proper veterinary care upon sickness, disease or injury.
  • Cat must be kept current on rabies vaccination and licensed with county in which it resides.
  • If the cat must be relinquished for any reason, the cat MUST NOT be turned over to humane society, shelter or directly to another person, but must be returned to Kitty Rescue Corp. If you wish to transfer the cat to another person directly, that person must fill out an adoption application and submit to the same requirements (but does not have to pay the adoption fee again) as the original adopter.
  • Kitty Rescue Corp will continue to be available to adopters as a resource to help in difficult times and we are always willing to temporarily foster any adopted cat if needed.
